The MILO® Summer Sports Clinics is the longest running sports clinic in the country. It’s an annual program set up by MILO® to encourage school children to make the best of their summer by learning sports.

Now in its 35th year, it offers 18 sports programs for children and their parents to choose from. Each program has its own schedule and venue and is handled by expert coaches and instructors who use a modern and scientific approach to sports. More importantly, they incorporate character-forming lessons in their program so children not only learn champion moves but champion values such as Discipline, Teamwork, and Confidence to help make them winners on and off the court.

To enroll your child in the MILO® Summer Sports Clinics, simply follow these steps:

1.    Click Schedules.
2.    Select a sport for your child.
3.    Pick your preferred venue and schedule.
4.    Contact the organizer to find out the registration details. 
5.    Download and Fill-out the MILO SSC Registration Form and submit it to the organizer of the clinic of your choice.  

Sports Courses Offered

BADMINTON BASKETBALL Since its establishment in 1978, the MILO® Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training (BEST) Center has become the benchmark for basketball training in the country. It’s the perfect way to introduce your champ to the fundamentals of the most popular sport in the country; as well as help him develop discipline, endurance, and coordination. BOWLING CHESS Every game is a mind game. Improve your champ’s cognitive and problem-solving skills through the classic game of chess to make him mentally prepared for any game on and off the court. CROSSFIT FENCING Develop your champ’s physical and mental agility through the impressive art of sword fighting. Fencing has been called “Physical Chess” and even “Algebra with Footwork” because it gives the body a total workout while honing the ability to think on one’s feet. A win-win for every growing champion. FOOTBALL Ateneo Football Center Entrust your champ’s soccer training to the highly capable hands - and talented feet! - of the Ateneo Football Center (AFC). Established in 1982 to teach football to kids aged 4 to 18, it’s given rise to many of our country’s top football players. A great place to kickstart your little champion’s dreams. Team Socceroo Football Academy Foster your child’s love for football at Team Socceroo! The program is designed to get your child interested in the sport through safe and fun games, drills, and other activities. Enroll now and start developing your future football champ! FUTSAL Sharpen your champ’s split-second reflexes and precision through a game of indoor football, or futsal. Train your champ in this football variation with the PHILIPPINE FUTSAL ACADEMY to improve his technique, improvisation, and ball control in small spaces. GOLF GYMNASTICS Introduce your champ to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a safe, supportive and fun-filled environment. The program helps build strength with every swing, twist, roll and jump. Teaching champs how to win with every move. ICE SKATING KARATEDO Grow your champ’s fighting spirit. Character building takes center stage in the Karatedo program run by the Association for the Advancement of Karatedo (AAK). Along with the technical aspects of the sport, your champ will be learning self-discipline and respect for others – important traits for winning in life. PARKOUR In Parkour, a participant goes through an obstacle course with the aim of finishing as quick and efficient as possible. This training program was based from a French military-designed training, which has also been used by the PNP’s Special Action Forces. This summer, direct your champion’s time and energy in fostering creativity and stamina though Parkour. SWIMMING Champs will love taking the plunge under the watchful eye and expert guidance of MILO® Swimtech’s talented instructors. The program matches the pace and readiness of each student. Building strong, confident swimmers one step and stroke at a time. TABLE TENNIS Speed, stamina and sportsmanship all come into play in every game of table tennis aka ping pong. It’s a fun and challenging way to develop excellent body coordination and lightning fast reflexes. Perfect for champs who can keep their eyes on the ball. TENNIS  Develop your child’s physical and mental strengths through tennis. Patterned after the Play and Stay program of the International Tennis Federation (ITF), Milo Tennis teaches boys and girls the fundamental tennis techniques such as forehand, backhand, and serve. Enroll your child this summer and be a part of Milo Tennis’ 30th year in building future champions. TOUCH RUGBY The MILO Touch Rugby program, organized by the Philippine Rugby Football Union, can help your champ improve in speed, agility, and endurance in this social, non-contact variation of the sport. VOLLEYBALL Volleyball is an exciting team sport that can improve your champ’s balance, hand-eye coordination, and reflexes. Because of its growing popularity among both boys and girls, the MILO®BEST Center created a volleyball program that has been teaching champs to serve, spike, and dig since 2002.
