First Pacific Leadership Academy

Since 1999, the First Pacific Leadership Academy (FPLA) has been a premiere training and development center with its duality and integrative nature of providing the best of both worlds: leadership programs and world-class facilities.

Summer Leadership Camp

The Summer Leadership Camp (SLC) is a two day leadership program of the First Pacific Leadership Academy (FPLA). It features “The Student Leadership Challenge” by James Kouzes and Barry Posner which is used worldwide for effective leadership development. FPLA, being a premier leadership academy shares the experience to a younger audience (aged 9-16), while ensuring that the workshops and activities are “gamified” version and learning is not confound inside the traditional classroom setting; it’s learning in a fun way. Day One is rapport building and tackling the three pillars of leadership – Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision and Challenge the Process, it will be followed by practice for culminating activity on Day Two and lastly, a bonfire activity that aims to get to know the participants on a personal level. Day Two is an in-depth understanding of leadership that leads to enthusiasm with learning and application of last two pillars – Enable Others to Act and Encourage the Heart. At last, the program is doing a culminating activity through theatre that aims to create a space for creativity. Ultimately, SLC aims to translate their learning and experience into creative personality which they can use in real-life situations.
